Historical Events: SOCIAL INVOLVEMENT

The aim of education is to improve the quality of life. Our union cares not only about education, but is also concerned about social and political issues. At social level, we care about social justice. We speak for the weaker groups in the society. When it comes to politics, we are determined to fight for a democratic political system so that the future generations can grow up and live in a free and law-abiding environment. At the same time, we are determined to stop the spread of Japanese militarism. The following are some of the major social events in which HKPTU has taken an active part.
