HOW TO APPLY

Members interested in joining our Domestic Helper Protector may ask for an application form at our offices.

Those who apply in person at our offices can pay up and take out the insurance policy right away.

Those who want to apply by mail can send back the properly filled in application form together with photocopies of their PTU membership cards, identity cards and a cheque payable to "Hong Kong Professional Teachers' Union". We will send the policy and the official receipt back within 7 days.
