| 2. The highest claim per operation is HK$10,000. |
| The total claim cannot exceed HK$20,000 per year. |
| (4) Dental care |
The highest claim is two third of the total expences; |
| the total amount cannot exceed HK$1,500 |
| (5) Accidental death/injury |
In case the insured person lose his/her life while (s)he is off and |
| is not protected by the Labour's Ordinance, the insured
