A. Acute Illnesses
(1) Consultation Fees (not including drugs) for doctors with M.B.B.S. or
　　L.M.C.H.K. ……………………………………………………$120
(2) Consultation Fees (not including drugs) for doctors with F.H.K.A.M.
　　(Family Medicine, Medicine, Paediatrics only) or M.R.C.G.P.,
　　F.R.A.C.G.P. ……………………………………………………$140

(3) Drugs per day ……………………………………………………$ 20

B. Chronic Diseases
(4) Consultation fee (not including drugs)……………………………as in (A)
　　Chronic disease drugs not to exceed 125% of cost price

C. Others
(5) Charges of Laboratory Tests must not exceed those of the PTU
　　Medical Lab., unless prior agreement has been reached with the
　　Union member concerned.

(6) Should Doctor's charges exceed those agreed in A or B, the Union
　　member concerned must be informed, and consent sought.

(7) Certification of Fitness to Teach………………………………$180

(8) More comprehensive physical check-ups and certification,
　　e.g. for study abroad (excluding insurance check-ups)………$200
