不能憑空捏造 不是無中生有

職訓局教職員傳來的投訴個案源源不絕,礙於版位所限,本報只能刊載部份個案。難以想像,這樣的所作所為,竟然是源自一所關懷員工的學術機構。

  • 合約(2010-11)沒有病假和Annual Leave,如何可以追討?
  • 合約中的年假是指局方的 designated holiday,有要事請假就沒人工,暑假人人放假,我想放就要申請no pay leave。
  • 短期合約員工於星期五請無薪假,需扣星期六、日人工。

**影響同工士氣的原因,在於薪酬回報相差太大……..
**局方應盡快提出方案,讓合資格的同事早日知道去留,讓他們免受折磨……..
**政府在gap year沒有減少對職訓局的撥款,應讓短期員工過渡,一個都不能少!
